Does Hummingbird Hill offer all-inclusive packages?

Yes, we offer all-inclusive packages for those interested. Our packages include a full-term wedding coordinator, florals, catering, live band or DJ, table decorations, linens, bartending, and security. Three different tiers are available, with prices starting at $35 per guest for all-inclusive.  

We can also customize packages for those who do not wish to use all of the items in the all-inclusive package.

How many hours does the rental cover?

Venue Rental- 8:00 am – 11:59 pm 

Full Weekend Lodging– Check-in Friday at 12:00 PM and checkout by 11:00 AM on Sunday

Do you offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations?

Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. The Chapel and Reception Hall spaces are both located indoors with central heating and air conditioning, and our outdoor wedding ceremonies take place with the backdrop of a charming pond and a beautiful wooded area.

Do you have an outdoor space for cocktail hour?

Yes, we offer an outdoor space and bar specifically designed for cocktail hour. Many couples enjoy bringing in food trucks and photo booths to add extra fun and excitement to the event. Our cornhole boards and bags  are included with your venue rental

Do you offer onsite overnight accommodations?

Yes, we offer 9 beautifully designed lodge rooms for your guests to enjoy during your wedding weekend. Each room can sleep 4 people, accommodating up to 36 guests in total. For the Bride and Groom, we have a private honeymoon cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom, providing the perfect retreat. Every room boasts its own unique theme, featuring 2 queen beds and a full bathroom, and a balcony for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Will I be able to have my rehearsal at the venue the day before my wedding? Is there an additional charge?

Yes! Many of our couples chose to spend their entire wedding weekend at Hummingbird Hill with their friends and families. For parties and rehearsal dinners, our lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests in the main room.

What is included in the rental fee?

Every rental at Hummingbird Hill includes

-chapel or outdoor ceremony (your choice)

-reception hall

-40 round tables (60”)

-10 farmhouse style tables 

-400 crossback chairs

-rustic decorative and functional serving cart 

-photo wall

-professionally engineered audio and PA system

-use of property for bridal or engagement photo session (with or without highland cows)

-cornhole boards and bags

-bridal suite

-groom’s suite

-prep kitchen

-day of coordination

-2 staff members throughout the event to maintain  trash, toiletries, etc.

Are Bridal suites and grooms quarter available for the bridal party?

Yes, both parties will have access to their suite for the entire day of the event. While the girls are pampering and getting ready for the big day, the men can enjoy various activities including fishing, skeet shooting, a big-screen TV, poker, and more.

What do I need to do to book and secure my date?

We require a signed contract and a 25% 30-day refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in full, interest-free, up until 30 days prior to the event.

Can I use my own event planner/ coordinator?

Yes, of course! We provide seamless day-of coordination in our rental package, but you are more than welcome to use your own long-term coordinator! We can work together with them on the day-of coordination as well.   Additionally, our All Inclusive Packages include a long term wedding planner.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own alcohol as long as you provide qualified security and licensed bartenders. We offer these services in-house as well.

Can I have my engagement or bridal portrait session at your venue?

Absolutely! As part of our package, couples have exclusive access to our stunning 53-acre property for a complimentary engagement and bridal portrait session. If you’re interested, please let us know in advance, and we’ll happily coordinate a convenient time and date for you.

Can I host a corporate event or retreat here?

Absolutely! For corporate events, please reach out to us at (979)551-1741 to discuss pricing, as these types of events can vary in cost.
